Applied the fix for vendors causing crashing in Etana. Issue was related to inconsistent unexpected behavior in the code, which should now be much more consistent. The core issue was unrelated to performance, but to put everyones mind at ease - our testing was done with 200 vendors in Etana (2x the max amount we've seen on Phoenix), which resulted in 0 crashes.
