Our one-year Anniversary for The Legend of Ares is upon us. Join in for the opportunity to bring in some sweet boosts and rewards.

Event Boosts

Experience Boost	+20% Experience for all monsters
Drop Chance Boost	+100% Drop Chance for all items (Uniques Excluded)
Weight Boost	+300 Weight to all characters

Mark of Discovery, Event Store, and Event Quest

The Mark of Discoveries make a return as the item to collect. These items are collected from monster drops.

To be eligible for Mark of Discovery drop you must be within 30 levels of the monster killed
Mark of Discovery chance to drop increases based on the level of the monster. The higher the monster level the better chance for these to drop!

The Event Coordinator, Salis, offers a store to purchase plus shop items with your Mark of Discovery items. Additionally, she has a quest to earn 50% Experience Potions (Character Bound) for 20 Marks of Discovery. This quest can be repeated twice a day!

Crystal Ball of Karo and Boss Updates

Using the Crystal ball of Karo will now only spawn boss monsters. This means that Beelzebub and Dark Elf Queen will no longer spawn. Additionally, you will now have a chance of spawning Eragon and Heshore.

As a final note the boss drop tables have been changed. There has not been a formal patch note for this but here are the details:

Boss Certificates will now drop accurately.
Grade 9 stats received a small boost
Grade 10 items have been mixed in
Grade 10 stats allow for the max stats to drop excluding Mizpah (2), Shiv (7), Iram (7).
Crystal Ball of Karo monsters are synced to boss items dropped. A clear example of this is the accessories that used to drop from Crystal Ball of Karo summons are now removed to be in line with normal bosses.

Boss Invasion

Bosses across the land will now spawn outside the gates of the town currently involved in it's Territory War. Prevail over your enemies and conquer these ferocious enemies! Beware that bosses that invade the war will have double the health as their normal counterpart.

One randomly selected boss will spawn immediately at the start of the Territory War, directly outside the gates.

As a note for clarity normal bosses will still spawn inside their normal zone and behave as normal.
