An internal issue came up, resulting in this announcement not being fully prepared. As such, this post will be updated with more information as soon as possible, but we wanted to get the core details out to all of you.

Maintenance Schedule

Maintenance will start at 7:30 AM PT with a projected time of 11:30 AM PT to be back online.  Please note there is a possibility that we extend this time and if such a situation occurs, we will update this message and announce on Discord.

During this time players will be unable to access the game as we replace the old server. Parts of the Legend of Ares website will be unavailable for some or all of this time (primarily the xCredit reload process / account portal).

All information regarding characters or items will be migrated to the new server. You will not lose any of your characters, items, or related progress.

Release Notes

The new server code isn't perfect but it's significantly better than the old server in almost every metric. As such, it's important to note that development will be ongoing and there will be smaller bugs that the team will resolve as they show up.

As we are still facing constant issues with the old server, we decided to release the rebuild ahead of schedule. Because of this - a good amount of small/medium sized bugs were not resolved following the final test phase but there are no known major issues going into this release. Any of these previously noted issues are being worked on and will be resolved as quickly as possible.

Defeat the Elite event

Ares adventurers are the best of the best. We've faced great odds and dominated every challenge thrown at us. Now, it's time to show the elite monsters what we're made of!

• +10% experience from all monsters

• +20% experience from [PRIME] monsters

• +30% experience from [ELITE] monsters, mini bosses, demi bosses, and actual bosses

• +30% drop quantity from [ELITE] monsters, mini bosses, demi bosses, and actual bosses

Server Rebuild Phase 2 Rewards

The results are in for the Bug Report count and the Mark of Discovery collection! Rewards will be sent out within a week but there are some players we need to verify their information.

Below is the number of players who unlocked each tier. Keep in mind that you keep all tiers you unlocked. As an example, Tier 3 players will receive rewards for all 3 tiers.
