Anniversary Event Changes
The Anniversary event quest rewards have been updated to include a Crystal Ball of Karo (Character Bound)!
Mark of Discovery drop rate has been increased. Specifically, the change is to boost the chance based on monster level. This still results in higher level monsters having a better chance but it now scales more with each monster level.
Event Shop prices have been reduced. The new prices are as follows:
100 for Crystal Ball of Karo
40 for Lucky Clover
50 for Regal Health, Mana, and Weight Potions
50 for Achilles Shield
Added the /gcouncils command - anyone from the guild can use it.
Account Warehouse is viewable without premium, but you can't interact with anything
Added a secondary dialog when adding an item to an offline vendor
Bug Fixes
Self casting AOE's no longer avoid knockback
Can no longer loot while dead
Kharon territory war boss now spawns appropriately
